Rugged Ridge Summer Flyer (PDF)
Here are some (very) quick pictures of products I have built by request of some fellow offroaders. The material I used is an 18 oz vinyl that will withstand the elements, and washes easily with water. It also has the ability to be customized to fit your individual needs. (ie. a hole for bolting your jack down, or a slit in the winch cover for cable placement without fraying) The underside of the Winch Bag and Sandbag have been reinforced with a 50 oz vinyl for wearability.
The Winch Weight weighs 6 kg and is used to hang on
your winch line 10 feet form the hook for safety. The strap operates
with a butterfly affect for easy removal from the line. $45.00
The Winch Bag is also used to drape over the winch line
while winching. Plus there is a large 14" x 17" pocket
on each side with velcro closures that holds your winch gear (tug
straps, gloves, shackles, etc.). $65.00
The Jack Bag (available for 48? & 60? jacks) is
to keep your jack free of disabling debris while strapped to the
outside of your vehicle. There is a zipper that runs the full
length of the bag for easy removal and access. $65.00
The Winch Cover is designed to keep road salt and calcium
from disabling and eating your winch and line, for when you need
it most. $55.00 Custom covers are $95.00 each when
winch is removed for measurements, and $125.00 when not.
Grab Handles, or affectionately known as OS Handles.
They fit over your roll bar pad right beside the doors and are
used to hang on when riding over rough terrain or being rally
towed back to civilization by other members. $29.00 each, or
$55.00 pair
TJ & YJ Bug/Mud Screen, This wonderful addition to our products is designed to keep the bugs from hitting your rad. It is also used by those that like to play in the mud to keep their rad free from mud. Just take it off after a mud hole, bang clean, and remount it. (some have been known to carry a spare) This will allow you to play with out having to clean your rad with a water bottle. Mounts in seconds, no tools needed. $20.00 each
TJ & YJ Winter Fronts Designed to cover your grill in the cold winter. Featuring two separate fold down flaps for temperatures variances. $55.00 each
The Stirrup, This is designed to hang from the doorsill of a Wrangler to give one an extra step in between the doorsill and the ground. $40.00
Silicone Spray, This is the spray we use to lubricate your zippers when they are sticky from dust. We sell it in our store for $10.00 per can. We can not ship this product. So write down the name and call your local hardware store.
Spare Tire Accessory Cover, This is pretty cool, it is designed to allow you to carry a number of accessories in three large pockets (one mesh) on the tire cover. Then you can roll down a lockable cover to keep the elements out. $220.00
TJ Saddle Bags, These wonderful inventions are designed to stow gear off the floor and in between the roll bars. This new style uses a 2" webbing stretched between the roll bars (apposed of velcro ties stitched in the seams of the bags). This makes it much stronger and will last longer. $80.00 - 100.00 each depending on materials used.

Fire Extinguisher Roll Bar Mounting System, As the name says. This apparatus made of webbing is designed to mount your extinguisher to the roll bar. It fits a 3 pound bottle. The chrome one used in the picture is the rust resistant marine version from Canadian Tire. $29.00 Each.
